As Calvert and St Mary's Counties continues to grow, securing land for Patuxent Habitat For Humanity homes becomes more challenging.  

In the past the land on which Patuxent Habitat for Humanity homes have been built were donated to the organization. We are most grateful for the generosity of our neighbors, as it has certainly kept the costs of our homes down.  We are currently working with the local developers and county governments to obtain more land for future homes.
