Patuxent Habitat has built a total of 11 houses since it's incorporation in 2003. Patuxent Habaitat also took over the mortgage management of two houses previously built by Habitat for Humanity of Southern Maryland (now Patuxent Habitat and Habitat of Charles County). The mortgage payments from all thirteen houses are used directly for the construction of new Habitat homes in Calvert and St. Mary's Counties.
